Logos API
Company logos as maintained reference data, not a folder of image files.
A curated database of logos for equities, ETFs, funds, banks, crypto assets, airlines and airports, keyed by the identifiers your systems already hold. Delivered by API or in bulk via SFTP, and kept current as companies rebrand, merge, split and delist.
Why it matters
A logo library goes stale with every corporate action.
Spin-offs, mergers and rebrands change the mark on the screen long before anyone updates the file behind it. In the last two years alone: the Honeywell separation, the Qnity spin-off, Paramount Skydance, Smurfit Westrock and the Vivendi break-up. Each one leaves an outdated logo next to a live price, a fund holding or a payment, which is exactly where users look for signs of rigour.
Curated, not scraped
Every logo is reviewed by a person before it enters the catalogue.
Linked to identifiers
Logos are attached to the entity and its identifiers, so a change of name does not break the lookup.
Updated on confirmation
New listings and brand changes are added once confirmed, not on a fixed annual cycle.
Coverage
Global coverage, plus a layer no international provider has.
If you work from a specific universe, such as an index or a client portfolio, send us the identifier list. We will run it against the catalogue and return a match report before any commercial conversation.
How to query
The identifiers you already hold, not a new format to map.
Global layer
Equities, ETFs, funds, banks and crypto assets, by ISIN, ticker, BIC or symbol.
Portugal layer
Direct debits and Multibanco payments, by the identifiers the Portuguese system actually uses.
Both layers return the same response structure. Logos are vector SVG on a transparent background, so one file serves a square grid, a circular avatar or a dense table.
Delivery
Two ways in, depending on where the logos end up.
Product teams usually start with the API. Data businesses tend to prefer the full catalogue in their own infrastructure, refreshed on a schedule they control.
API access
Lookups on demand, with no hard request cap and a fair-use policy sized to your real volume.
Bulk delivery via SFTP
The full catalogue, or an agreed universe, delivered to your environment with periodic change files.
Rights and use
A clear position on intellectual property.
Logos remain the property of their owners. The catalogue is licensed for editorial and informational use: identifying a company, a security or a payee next to factual data. It is not licensed for advertising, endorsement or any use that suggests an affiliation.
Plans
Priced on scope and volume, agreed in conversation.
Validate the integration first.
Free trial access for 14 days, up to 2,000 requests and a sample catalogue.
Contracts and invoicing are issued by Sixfold studio in Portugal, in EUR.
Questions
FAQs
New listings and brand changes are added once confirmed and reviewed by a person. The update process and its response times are set out in the contract, not promised in marketing copy.
ISIN or ticker for equities, ETFs and funds; BIC for banks; symbol for crypto assets; company name for everything else. In Portugal, also NIF, direct debit creditor ID and Multibanco entity code.
Yes. Send us the identifier list and we will return a match report showing what is covered and what is not.
Vector SVG on a transparent background. Framing and cropping stay on your side, so one asset fits any container.
There is no hard cap. Each plan carries a fair-use policy sized to your volume, and bulk SFTP delivery removes request volume from the equation entirely.
